How long do I have to request a return?
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please submit them through the return/exchange form on this page.
What condition should the product be in?
Items need to be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to inspection. Final-sale and some categories, including perfume, have exclusions.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Eligible exchanges are subject to stock availability. Additional shipping charges may apply for discounted or sale items.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Keep an unboxing video, clear product photos and your order number for the customer care team.
