Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Discounted Products
Cancellation
As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service on Mob.+918277997646 or +919820535999 (Mon-Fri, 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM). If the package has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order Returns.
Merchandise purchased on discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Customers are requested to notify the Cotton Culture Retail Customer Support team within 24hours of receipt of the order, in case of any such defects.
Refunds
No Refunds will be given on merchandise purchased on discount unless there is a manufacturing defect.
 
For Non-Discounted Products
Cancellation

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within one day on receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.Deadline for Returns
You may return all items purchased in the Cotton Culture Online Shop (www.cottonculture.co.in) within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. To place an order for return please call our customer care number at +918277997646 or 09820535999 (Mon-Sat, 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM).
In case of Saturday and Sunday, Monday  shall be considered for the same.
Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state.
The merchandise should be in an unused condition.
The same conditions apply to reduced price items.
