Refund Policy 

Once a return request has been placed with our Customer Service, the product is typically picked up within 2 business days. After the pickup, the refund is initiated within 24 hours. Following refund initiation, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in Customer account. The actual time for the refund to be credited depends on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Refund Timelines:
Once the returned product passes the quality check, the refund will be processed based on your payment method. The expected timelines are as follows:

Note: The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. Customers will be required to provide their bank account details during the return process. Once the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be credited to the provided bank account within 7 business days.

If your order is lost in transit or not delivered to your preferred address, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid during checkout. The refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.

If you choose to return a delivered order, please note that any Shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Only the product amount will be eligible for refund upon successful return and quality check.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@cottonculture.co.in within 6 hours of placing the order, between Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Please note:

Some orders are processed and shipped immediately after purchase. In such cases, we may not be able to cancel the order.

Refunds:

If your cancellation request is accepted, any amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

For Debit Card and Credit Card payments, the refund timeline depends primarily on your bank’s processing speed.

Banks typically send an SMS notification only for credits exceeding INR 5,000. For refunds below this amount, please check your bank account or credit card statement directly for confirmation.

Only the product price will be refunded.
Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
