Simply enter your order details and follow the instructions to initiate your return. You can also contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Cotton Culture offers easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Return requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. All returns are subject to a quality inspection before approval.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must pass our quality inspection after it is received.
• Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Discounted or sale items.
• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events.
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
• Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products sold as sets, unless the complete set is returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please share:

• An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened.
• Clear images of the product received.
• Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Yes. An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or tampered products.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The package being opened.
  • The product received inside.

Claims regarding wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items may not be accepted without sufficient video evidence.

Yes. Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

You may request an exchange for size or eligible products within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered as per the applicable policy.

Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges on discounted or sale items.

Yes. To ensure a fair shopping experience for all customers, Cotton Culture reserves the right to review customer return activity.

Accounts with unusually high return rates, repeated return requests across multiple orders, frequent order cancellations, or suspected misuse of the return policy may have return, exchange, or Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges restricted, suspended, or declined.

Any such action will be taken at Cotton Culture's sole discretion after reviewing the customer's order and return history.

Once your return is approved and the product passes our quality inspection, only the product value paid by you will be refunded.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
• Convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable.
• For discounted or sale items, refunds may be provided as a store credit or coupon code, as applicable under the promotion terms.

In cases where a wrong, damaged, or defective product is delivered and the claim is verified by Cotton Culture, applicable charges may be refunded at our discretion.

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, refunds are typically processed within 1–6 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT bank transfer. Our team may contact you to collect the necessary bank account details for processing the refund.

If the original payment method is unavailable or no longer valid, Cotton Culture reserves the right to process the refund through an alternate method.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled at any time, including after dispatch or shipment, by contacting our Customer Care team.

Please note:

• If the order has already been shipped, applicable shipping, handling, payment gateway, reverse logistics, or other processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
• The final refundable amount will be determined based on the stage of order processing and shipping at the time of cancellation.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the applicable refund timelines.
